IT Project Manager:Job Description: Direct accountability and responsibility for overall software IT project success from start to finish. Responsible for translating business objectives into systems and procedural requirements. Manage the relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project. Working closely with the internal customer to review, analyze, understand, and define the high level Project Requirements: Objectives, Scope, Schedule Milestones. Also responsible for all aspects of project planning, programming, and implementation for multiple projects running concurrently. Responsible for the development and integration of departmental staff to create a high performance team with the skills necessary to deliver quality, results-oriented systems, which meet or exceed the needs of the business. Independently gathers and analyzes information for designing, developing and maintaining information processing systems in accordance with the requirements. Maintain a high degree of expertise in the area of software applications and technologies, remaining current on leading industry best-practices in order to deliver continuous value in support of the business. Job Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or a related field, and 1 year of experience in managing information technology computer projects, negotiating project terms and scope, performing quality control and providing resource allocation. All stated experience must also include computer programming experience with SDLC, ETL Mappings, Scripts, Web Portals, C++, ASP.NET, VB.NET, PERL, MS SQL SERVER, Web Methods, HTML and DHTML. Must also have experience managing cross-functional teams of diverse subject matter experts. PMI and Six Sigma Black belt certification required.
